Each delegation must register through online registration or via the 4th ASEM-TMM Help Desk.
We urge delegations to register as soon as possible even if they have yet all the travel details confirmed, to ensure the Secretariat and the Organizer in Bali to be able to make transportation and logistics arrangements accordingly.
The 4th ASEM-TMM Help Desk is available to assist all delegations with logistical matters, and to modify or update any information through email address after the registration form has been submitted.

Online registration is accessible at the official website of 4th ASEM-TMM http://asemtmm-bali.dephub.go.id. Login details will be provided by the Secretariat to ASEM desk and to the representative of Chamber of Commerce in each country.
The registration covers access to all sessions, including exhibition, social networking events (Welcome Dinner, Gala Dinner, lunch, etc.) as well as transportation from and to the airport and during the meeting within the Nusa Dua area.
All delegations are requested to confirm their participation to the Secretariat and submit their registration form by Friday, 1 September 2017 at the latest.
