A. Passport and Visa Requirements
All foreigners wishing to enter Indonesia must have a passport valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of arrival along with proof (ticket) of onward or return passage. All Participants are kindly requested to contact the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in their country well before the Meeting to verify whether any immigration documents are necessary to visit Indonesia.

Delegations from ASEAN member states, are allowed to enter Indonesia without a visa, for a period of stay of thirty (30) days or less and non-ASEAN Member States shall apply visa to enter Indonesia as requirements.
The Secretariat is humbly suggesting all delegations to fly to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta, if there is no direct flight to Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali to be found. There are many flight-schedules available from Jakarta to Bali with various domestic airlines.
C. Airport Hospitality Desk
Delegations are advised to proceed to the hospitality desk after immigration clearance for baggage handling assistance and transportation arrangements. To ensure that proper arrival/departure courtesies will be provided to the country delegation, the Meeting Secretariat should be notified immediately of any changes in flight schedules.
